The stops, in order
- Notre-Dame CathedralWelcome to the square of Notre-Dame de Paris, the true historical and geographical heart of the French capital. Started in 1163, this Gothic marvel has spanned centuries, from royal coronations to revolutions. Its architecture, famous for its flying buttresses and mystical gargoyles, was immortalized by Victor Hugo in his famous novel.
- Sainte-ChapelleYou are standing before the Sainte-Chapelle, an absolute jewel of Rayonnant Gothic architecture nestled in the heart of Île de la Cité. Built in record time by King Saint Louis in 1248, it was designed as a gigantic reliquary to house the holy Crown of Thorns of Christ. The building is divided into two parts: the lower chapel for servants and the dazzling upper chapel reserved for the king.
- Louvre MuseumWelcome to the Louvre Museum, the largest and most visited art museum in the world. A former royal palace dating back to the 12th century, it became a museum after the Revolution of 1793. Its famous glass pyramid, inaugurated in 1989, marks the entrance to galleries housing priceless treasures such as Leonardo da Vinci's mysterious Mona Lisa, the graceful Venus de Milo, or the imposing Winged Victory of Samothrace.
